What is RSMeans?
RSMeans is compiled, detailed construction cost data, with specific cost breakdowns for the construction industry. RSMeans Online database provides access to up to date cost data for materials, labor, tools and equipment, allowing users to create accurate construction estimates.
PSU RSMeans Online has a limited number of logins, and is provided and managed by the Portland State University Library for use in the graduate Architecture program. For access to the site, or for assistance with getting access, please contact the the Science and Engineering Librarian, Billy Nee, at: wnee@pdx.edu.
