Automatic Citation Generator Tips

To create an automatic citation, open the library record and click the citation button with the quotation mark icon:

Choose between APA, MLA, or Chicago styles. Always check automatic citations for accuracy before including them in your work. For more citation assistance, check out PSU Library's Cite Your Sources guide.

Saving Research Using My Favorites

A great way to manage your research is using My Favorites within the library catalog.  

Sign in to your library account. There are two locations to do this after initiating a search:

Save individual items to My Favorites (make sure you are signed in!) by selecting the Pin icon located on the top right of each result and each library record:

Save an entire search, with filters and limiters included so that you can find those resources again:

To access My Favorites, select the Pin Icon next to your name in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. If you don't see your name there it means you have not signed in.

Organize resources in My Favorites by selecting the pencil icon with "Add Labels" below each item to label and organize items:
