Culturally Responsive & Inclusive Curriculum Resources: PSU Campus Resources
Offices & Committees
- Office of Global Diversity and InclusionGlobal Diversity and Inclusion offers support, information and advice to the Portland State community on how to work to make our campus a welcoming place for everyone. We play an important role in campus leadership promoting equity and inclusion.
- Diversity Action CouncilThe Diversity Action Council (DAC) is a president appointed advisory committee comprised of PSU faculty, staff, and students that works closely with the Vice President for Global Diversity and Inclusion. DAC's role is to foster equity and social justice by guiding PSU programs, policies, and decision making so that the university works in conjunction with its diverse constituents.
- Disability Resource CenterOur mission is to make university life accessible to students with disabilities. We identify, evaluate, and reduce or eliminate barriers to student access throughout the PSU community, both for individual students and for the student population as a whole.
We focus on building partnerships and infrastructure that incorporate the principles of universal design, sustainability, and social justice. We find creative solutions by proactively collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to develop an accessible and inclusive environment.

PSU Colleges or Departments
We would like to include a list of faculty members and departments who could serve as models of culturally responsive and inclusive curriculum. If you are aware of individuals or departments who you think fit this criteria, please contact Michelle Desilets (desilets@pdx.edu).
