Find Books in PSU Library using subject headings

Subject headings are excellent ways of finding books and book chapters regarding the Chicano/Latino experience.

Note:  Mexican Americans/Chicanos/Latinos all fall under the boarder term of Hispanic Americans. Do not limit your searches to just one term. This is especially true when looking at the boarder groups of Latinos like Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Salvadorans, etc. When searching for books, DVDs or book chapters for a specific group that fall under Hispanic Americans designation, try searching by a specific ethnic group (e.g., Peruvian Americans).

For books about a specific ethnic group and education, search using the name of the group (ex: Chilean Americans)  with the word "education".
